Our shipping is simple. We ship via two UPS services: UPS Ground and UPS Second Day Air. Almost all of our customers ship via UPS Ground. Our shipping and handling rates for UPS Ground service are based on the total amount of the order and are as follows:

$20.00 to $29.99: $8.95
$30.00 to $49.99: $10.95
$50.00 to $69.99: $12.95
$70.00 to $98.99: $14.95
$99.99 or more: FREE SHIPPING (Continental United States only)
Shipping rates for UPS Second Day Air service are calculated at checkout and depend, in part, on the total weight of the order. Please note that orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must always ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. You may easily calculate shipping costs prior to checkout by putting the products that you would like in the Shopping Cart and using the Shipping Estimator that will be displayed below the shopping cart.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located near Roanoke, Virginia, in a state-of-the-art 250,000 square foot fulfillment center operated by one of our consulting clients. This relationship allows us to take a "best of both worlds" approach to doing business: small company dedication to our customers with the infrastructure to serve them professionally. Our metropolitan area is a major distribution center due to its excellent airport and proximity to various Interstates and it is home to a UPS Superhub.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Puerto Rico. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
No, UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, then please change the delivery address to a street address on the shipping page at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
UPS 2nd Day Air shipments typically take two business days to be delivered after the date they are shipped. UPS Ground shipments typically take between one and six business days to be delivered after the date they are shipped, depending on the destination. Below you will find a map showing typical delivery times for UPS Ground shipments (in business days):
Please note that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more longer. Our location near major transportation hubs and a UPS Superhub makes us one of the fastest shippers in the business, but please keep in mind that we may need to hold an order for verification if there are any address or other discrepancies in the order.
I haven't received my order - what should I do?
You always can track the progress of your order using the UPS tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. If your order is a few days late - don't panic. Sometimes the carriers experience delays, particularly during holidays such as Christmas or periods of inclement weather. Also, it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday. If you're still concerned, then please contact us.
